“You have slammed the door on ever getting any cooperation from the legislature."
And by "the legislature" I assume he means Republican legislators, since the Democratic members have been cut out of the budget discussions from Day 1.
Fellow Republican Bill Konopnicki sees it a little differently. He sent via twitter:
"What is all the fuss about? AZ Gov clear from the beginning-no new temp tax -no budget signed."
Get the popcorn out. The special session starting Monday should be something to see.
